DISCLAIMER ~ PLEASE READ

Qigong is for everyone. However, when online, it is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen. If you suffer from specific injuries or disease it is best to consult with your physician first.  Similarly if you are pregnant, follow the recommended practices only. The practice of qigong requires you, yourself to gauge the safety of your practice within your personal physical limitations. It is always better to build up slowly to each class. There is no force or strain in Qigong, listening to the body comes first and foremost.

With effort one should also feel relaxed throughout the practice. The techniques and suggestions presented in these Live Online and In Person classes are not intended to substitute for proper medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program. Guardian Earth Qigong assumes no responsibility for injuries suffered while practicing these exercises. If you begin to feel dizzy or faint, or are in pain, stop immediately, sit down and do not continue the class.  By attending these classes you are agreeing to these terms with Guardian Earth Qigong
